Delete your Noor account

Request deletion

Fill in the email address of your Noor account. We cannot yet verify address ownership automatically, so each request is checked by a person. We will process your request and reply within 90 days.

In the app, Profile → Settings → Delete account brings you to this same page.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in sessions.
Your chat history with the AI.
Your name disappears from the public “Thanks Wall”.

What is kept, and why

Payment records are anonymised, not erased. They are unlinked from you and kept only as far as accounting and refund or dispute handling require. De-identified analytics (no name, no email) also remain.

An active Google Play subscription is not cancelled by this. Only Google can cancel it: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions. Deleting your account stops our side, but the billing continues until you cancel it there.
