About Us

Our Journey

Founded in 2013 as Ameriwait Consulting Ltd, Noor Deen Consulting Enterprise (NDCE) has evolved into a frontrunner in health systems strengthening and educational enhancements. With a focus on capacity development, health education, and strategic management, NDCE collaborates with various educational and healthcare organizations to foster substantial improvements in service delivery and management practices.

The Challenge and Gap We Propose To Fill

The World Health Organization defines a health system as the collective organizations, institutions, and resources dedicated to improving health. A well-functioning health system requires four key components: robust financing, skilled healthcare workers, effective management, and adequate infrastructure for delivering quality medicines and technologies. However, many developing countries face significant challenges, lacking at least two of these essential elements. The challenge is exacerbated in highly populated countries, where providing health coverage for large populations can be a major financial burden, particularly when the poor outnumber the middle-income and rich. Despite these limitations, there are opportunities for improvement. NDCE addresses these challenges by focusing on capacity development and health system strengthening strategies to enhance healthcare outcomes in developing countries.

Our Expertise

NDCE’s expert consultants, with extensive hands-on experience, serve as project managers and technical advisors, providing, guidance on complex, multi-year health system reform initiatives. Their expertise helps improve health service delivery in these countries.
